What is this website used for?
This website replaces the paper based ordering process that was used for ordering the IDS kits and it’s associated components. The site will be updated when new IDS accessories and components are released for sale.
How do I use this site?
You firstly select the IDS component that you would like to purchase from the catalogue. When you are finished you go to the “place order” tab. This will then ask you a series of questions that you must answer accurately. The order will then be sent to our Customer Care team who will check the order and will contact you directly to confirm the order and the payment method. Once confirmed your goods will arrive within the time quoted.
How do I know what I have ordered?
You will receive an Email confirmation after you have submitted your order
Do I pay for the goods now?
No, the site is used only for ordering equipment. The payment will be due when the Customer Care team contacts you after the order has been confirmed.
Are all components listed here?
Yes, all IDS components that are available to purchase are listed here. If you require something not listed or you have a query then please contact your local Snap-on Equipment Solutions Hotline number.
Do the prices include freight?
The price in the catalogue is exclusive of freight an taxes. These will be added and confirmed when the order is processed.
